Free Pattern for Cross stitch fob
Hi everyone, I have finished the beaded Scissor Fob or Christmas Tree Ornament that I started last week, it is a real quick stitch if you wanted to make this as a gift for a friend, you could finish this in a couple of evenings. I was going to put a tassel on the end but did not have enough green thread remaining, I used DMC stranded cotton threads and Mill Hill gold glass beads.
The reverse side is exactly the same design.
The free pattern is now available for you to print off or download , you can see how to make a scissor fob by checking out my tutorials blog, the details are on the pattern.
I have also designed another cross stitch, (pictures below) it will compliment the scissor fob but it is a little bit larger, it can be used as a pin keep or a box lid, I am going to make a box with this, possibly just large enough to put the scissor fob inside. The free pattern for this will be available in my next post on Sunday.
Other stitching news
I have finally finished the Peacock Box, gosh I did procrastinate on this one but I am pleased with the result! I will be posting the pictures for this and the accessories that I have made over the next few weeks.
Welcome to all of my readers, including my new folowers!
