Little House Needleworks - Strawberry House, a cabled scarf and cross stitch necklaces.

Hi everyone, I have had this pattern in my stash for quite sometime now, I thought it was about time I stitched it!
I started it this week and finished it in a couple of evenings, I am so pleased with it, the colours are just gorgeous. The chart uses four DMC threads and three Crescent Colours, I am glad I chose to go with the threads called for in the pattern  as the Crescent Colours just make it a little bit special!

It was a delight to stitch and I can't wait to get it framed. If you would like to stitch the pattern I have listed it today in my Etsy shop as a pre-owned pattern here, I usually only sell new patterns but decided to occasionally offer for sale my second hand patterns too. The pattern is in very good condition with no pen or pencil markings on it.

Little House Needleworks next work in progress

I love Little House Needleworks, they really make my heart sing, so I decided to start another that has been in my stash for a while, Home of a Needleworker, I started this yesterday and already I love it. (photos below)

Cabled scarf/shawl progress

Remember the cabled scarf/shawl in my last post? Well, I got that finished too and I am quite thrilled with it. The cosiest of shawls, it feels so lovely, and I just loooove cables on anything! (photos below)
You can read all about the pattern and yarn I used on my Ravelry project page here

Stitching News

I have just started making a little gift for someone, a gift set with lots of goodies included,  I am also making a replica set for my Etsy shop, I will show it in my next post.

The 11pm Shawl pattern by Alicia Plummer on Ravelry, click here to see the pattern or on my Ravelry page to see the details

It is the perfect size to wrap up in when it is cold outside.

It measures 68" approx 172cm

Chunky yarn (Bulky)

The main body of the scarf/shawl is knit using 8mm needles (US 11) so it is super fast to knit.

I can see myself making more of these  for Christmas gifts.

Long enough to wrap around the front and hang nicely at the back.

New cross stitch necklaces in my Etsy shop.

I will be making these into kits eventually, everything will be included to make your own necklace.

and my new Christmas Baubles progress keepers/zipper pulls, so cute!
Actually they are called Wish Balls but I renamed them for the Christmas season.

They are pretty little stars in glass balls.

 Until next time, happy stitching!

Gosh Lynn, you are amazing with everything you do and how fast you do things.
I am doing LHN Home of a Needleworker at the moment also. I am just using up threads and loving doing it. I think I may progress a bit more quickly once I have had my eye test and got new glasses, lol.
I do love the Strawberry House pattern, you have made a beautiful job of it and WOW the scarf, it's gorgeous.
I am in awe.
